About

Built for the textbook your professor actually assigned.

Most online study aids are either generic test banks or AI summaries of a generic syllabus. We write chapter-by-chapter guides aligned to the exact edition you're holding.

StudyGuide started with one observation: students don't need another generic flashcard app — they need study notes aligned to their textbook, in the order their professor teaches it.

Every textbook page on this site mirrors the chapter numbering and unit structure of the assigned edition, so when your syllabus says “read Chapter 14 by Thursday,” you can find Chapter 14 here without hunting.

We're not affiliated with any publisher. We don't reproduce instructor test banks. We write our own summaries, our own learning objectives, and our own practice questions — independently, from scratch — referencing the textbook for alignment only.

Original content

Every summary, objective list, and practice question is written from scratch. No scraping, no test bank reproduction, no copy-paste.

Edition-aligned

Chapter numbering matches the textbook your professor assigned. We track editions deliberately so you can study in lockstep.

Free on the web

The full chapter index for every textbook is free to read. PDF downloads are optional, for offline study.

Who's behind it

StudyGuide is an independent project. We started with the five canonical nursing textbooks because nursing students sent the most "is there a study guide for ___?" emails. The catalog has since grown to 180 titles across nursing, accounting, business, economics, sciences, and psychology.
