Refund Policy

StudyGuide sells digital PDF study guides. Because our products are downloaded files, our refund policy is straightforward — please read it before purchasing.

Available products (instant download)

For study guides marked Available now:

• Once the PDF has been downloaded, we do not issue refunds.
• If you have not yet downloaded the file and the order is less than 14 days old, contact us at v@nnbrn.com and we will issue a full refund.
• If the PDF you downloaded is damaged, incomplete, or does not match the description on the textbook page, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or a corrected file at your choice.

Pre-order products

For study guides marked Pre-order:

• You can request a full refund any time before the PDF is delivered to you. Email v@nnbrn.com with your order number.
• If we are unable to deliver the study guide by the estimated delivery date listed on the product page, you may request a full refund.
• Once we email you the download link and the PDF has been downloaded, the standard "Available products" policy above applies.

How to request a refund

Email v@nnbrn.com with the email address used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy order number. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first. We respond quickly and would much rather make things right than have you dispute the charge with your card issuer.
